Youth/Teens program

Our Youth/Teen Program supports the mental and physical well-being of students through a holistic, compassionate approach that meets young people where they are. We provide trauma-informed counseling for grief and loss, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and recovery from neglect and emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, alongside supportive, affirming care around psychology, gender identity, and sexual orientation. Beyond clinical services, the program addresses the everyday barriers that affect a young person's stability and growth — offering school support, clothing assistance, transportation through bus passes, and enrichment opportunities like guided tours and boxing training to build discipline, confidence, and healthy outlets for stress. By combining therapeutic care with practical, hands-on support, we help youth and teens heal, build resilience, and thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Adults program

Our Adult Program is a nonresidential service designed to help adults living with mental illness restore effective functioning and prevent regression in their daily lives. We provide comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis, medical services, and individualized psychotherapy in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Our clinical team works closely with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique mental health needs, promotes stability, and supports long-term recovery — helping adults regain independence, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with the people and responsibilities that matter most in their lives.

Kids Program

Our Kids Program is designed to nurture the emotional, social, and developmental well-being of children in a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate setting. We provide early evaluation and diagnosis, individual and family-centered psychotherapy, and compassionate care for children navigating grief and loss, trauma, neglect, or emotional and behavioral challenges. Our team partners closely with parents, guardians, and schools to build a consistent support system around each child, helping them build healthy coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence during their most formative years. Through a gentle, play-informed approach to therapy, we help children feel understood, supported, and equipped to thrive both at home and in the classroom.

Housing program

Whether you or a loved one is navigating grief, trauma, behavioral challenges, or simply seeking support to build a healthier, more balanced life, our dedicated team is here to walk alongside you every step of the way — because everyone deserves a place to heal, grow, and thrive.
